He took advantage of a single female who believed he would complete the work he promised in the time he promised. He has taken my money and only completed about half of the project. The half he completed is poor workmanship and he caused more damage to my property that I now to pay to have fix. I had to hire a lawyer to hopefully recoup some of my money so I can get the project complete. DO NOT HIRE CAPTIAL CONSTRUCTION OR BRIAN IRELAND!
