The sales representative showed a variety of samples and helped us choose a beautiful pleated muslin shade. The installer was on time and completed the job quickly, showed us how to use the shade and cleaned up. We are very happy with our shade.

The installers arrived promptly and installed the blinds professionally. They instructed the operation of the blinds and made sure all the blinds were operating properly. I could not believe how quickly they worked and they made sure the area was clean when they were finished. I would definitely request their services again.

The two men who came were very professional. The job went very smooth. They were here installing for 3 hours. They vacuumed every window and made sure the blinds worked properly before moving to the next window. I would highly recommend this service.

This has been a great experience getting to know the owner Mark and receiving outstanding service and flawless results. The plantation shutters are not inexpensive, but worth every penny considering their quality and the way they transform the look and lighting of a room. Mark has an engineering background and can solve configuration issues. He also helped with the costs by letting us know when sales and promotions came along. There is never any pressure - just first class service. You will not be disappointed.

These folks are wonderful! Mark Toto and I think his wifes name is Beth are both very friendly and helpful. Lots of samples to choose from that are brought to your house for selection. No high pressure. Blinds fit perfect! Nick installed them and he did a fantastic job! He was quick, proficient, and very polite. He brings his own little rug to put his shoes on and then proceeds to work in his stocking feet so as to not dirty your house. I was very impressed with those little extras that let you know they really care! If I had more windows...or would ever decide to replace those that I purchased, I would definitly go back to the Toto's at Budget Blinds.
