We needed new carpets installed across the entire second floor and down the stairs of the house we'd just bought. John Bowers came out on time to do the estimate. He took his time with his measurements and spent the time with us to explain all of the options available to us then and there. When we went to his showroom to pick out the carpet he was very helpful and let us take our time. He explained all of the different features of a carpet, what makes one carpet different from another carpet, etc. He was never pushy or rude and didn't try to get us to buy a more expensive carpet than we wanted. His workmen arrived when scheduled, did the job in the amount of time they estimated, but for one snag. We didn't have finished flooring on the first floor and they weren't sure they should install the carpeting on the stairs until it was done. We decided that was okay and when we were ready his men came back at no extra charge.
