+ -1 moreI did buy the four wheeler, but there was no follow up and when I had a problem with the unit with 3.2 miles on it, and called they were no help all the way up to the manager, He would not talk about trade in nor would he offer any help to have this unit fixed, The Arctic Cat is a good unit but don't except any help from Bass pro shop after the sale, very non caring of a persons need after the sale
Description of Work: I went to the Harrisburg store looking to buy a Arctic cat four wheeler, No one would help me at all while employees were standing around, it took a phone call to corparate office before the manager of that department called me
