BARLOW PLUMBING

At first property, left cast-iron debris in basement and several items disappeared from property. At second location, kept putting off start date. Finally, replaced roof, but did not do a good job and I had to supervise construction. Mr. Barlow became belligerent and loud but finally did correct roof work. Began work replacing window but measured incorrectly and disappeared with window (which I purchased) for over a week until I called police. When he finally showed up, he returned a broken window, and began some ridiculous ranting about "sexual" harassment which I could not understand. This person should be avoided as I do not think he is emotionally stable. Obviously, Mr. Barlow has a lot on his plate all at one time to get a job done precisely and on schedule, he forgets what is discussed and expected for the project and then blames the customer for "changes"
