The manager became angry and unprofessional after they botched the front door work. He did however, offer to fix things and installed a storm door for free. I would still nver use them again for any other work.

the door had to be special ordered due to length and width constraints -- on top of that the insert was special order as well -- Applebee handled the process from start to finish very professionally and we are very happy with the end product.
