+ 0 moreThey were unresponsive to any questions and disagreed with everything we suggested and asked. This is a horrible company that is run by EGOTISTICAL MORONS! If you want your house or business fixed right, stay away from this company!!!!

+ -1 moreI had a real problem with their arrogance. They became agitated if I disagreed with how they wanted to proceed. For example, we refused to have them rip out our kitchen, which was water damaged but usable, because we intended to have a different contractor do that work and we wanted to retain use of the kitchen and its appliances for as long as possible. Szeles forced us to sign a statement absolving them of any responsibiity for any bad things that happened because we declined to take their advice (none did). They also destroyed a wooden coffeetable, did not inform us, and even tried to hide it, apparently hoping we would not notice until they had finished their other work and left the job. When I did discover it, they fought paying for it and tried to lowball us on the damages. Not until I posted my complaint against them on Facebook did they agree to pay what we asked. While much of the work they did was fine, I could not recommend their services to anyone because of what I describe above.
Description of Work: After a serious flood, the Szeles Co. was hired to do the initial clean-up and debris removal.

Description of Work: My bathroom leaked and it made the living room ceiling fall down. Called them before the ceiling actually fell down and was told it wasn't going to fall. It fell down the same evening. Then, it took from May until August for them to complete the job. Very disappointing.
