Curt did not follow up or follow through with anything he promised. He contradicted himself over and over again. Craig, manager, was very rude. Would never recommend.

Response from Accord Restoration Inc
We explained to the customer that we need a deposit first and to match sure the insurance company was going to approve our estimates before we got started. We explained this to the owner and told her to call us once she received approval and/or a check from the insurance company so we could begin work. We did not want to do the work and risk a non-coverage by the insurance and have the owner responsible to pay us a large invoice. We were protecting the homeowner and ourselves.
