ABC Fuel Oil Company Inc

We have a contract with them, and they keep cleaning the ac and heating system. We have had the contract since we moved in. They have been wonderful to us, we are an older couple, and my husband had cancer, and had to leave us. They are nice to us. Fuel oil is up and down. We use to at their lowest price per gallon of fuel, we would buy two thousand, and it will carry us throughout the winter. Winter is not over yet, as we saw it today. This is not my forte, and I have no knowledge of other companies. They have always been great. If they did something, and it wasn't good, they have always come back to fix it. They have always been great to us. Sometimes they did not come out right away, but all companies do that. They are wonderful, respectful, and kind. Very good. Usually one person will come, sometimes two will show up. The work would take about an hour. The area was cleaned, they were great. Their respectfulness to us, not just somebody they work for. I thought they were very kind.

The powerventer on my furnace was screeching like it needed greased (the squeaky wheel), I called ABC and they had someone there within the hour to replace the defective unit. Very quick, clean, and professional.

I use them all the time. They do routine furnace maintenance every August. I have an annual contract with them. They are just friendly and good to work with. I also had them about three years ago to put fuel tank in the basement for me. I had an outside fuel tank which I eliminated and put it inside. They were very efficient and that's why I liked them. They did a nice job with that. They've been established for a very long time and I think they are very easy to work with. They charge what the prices are. I think they are very trustworthy. They were a little cheaper.

I use them twice a year for service contracts and I've also used them to install the equipment. They service my heat pump too. I'm very satisfied with them. I have no problems at all with them. They are very good and very prompt. They come when they are supposed to and they do what they are supposed to do. I can't comment about the price because I haven't got competitive bids but I feel they are reasonable.

They were used by the previous owners. They all seemed very nice. It is a kind of repair job that nobody wants to do. They did a good job.
