Control Freeks

My wife and I are extremely pleased with all of their work. We did call them on two occasions, one of which was was today. They came promptly and made minor adjustments free of charge.

They were really helpful, professional, courteous, and reasonable to work with.

It's a great experience, I would recommend them. I purchased some audio system, they did not install, I just purchased and they gave me guidance in what I needed to do and what I needed to buy. I bought it and I was very happy.

Chris was great.  He was very responsive to phone request and provided prompt and professional service.  He really went above and beyond to help.  The TV he was to connect had a factory defect and he was not able to complete the project; however once I received my new TV Chris was accessible to assist me with the connection by phone.  I would highly recommend his company and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Technology has changed over the last decade and control freeks had no problems connecting and disconnecting cables and components to ensure capability with TV. They upgraded my reciever and were able to thread a HDMI cable through the wall and back to main cabinet that houses components. All in all I was pleased. I would have liked a little more instruction on how to operate some of the receiver controls, instead of and quot;guessing.and quot; I do have to say, Chris has answered questions for me over email, which I really appreciate. Everything is working well!

It went very well. Good communication ahead of time. Prompt arrival as scheduled. All of our equipment, components, and miles of wires were waiting for them. They worked efficiently, sorting and installing everything in our new custom made entertainment center.
They also walked us through using all the equipment. They even bundled the miles of unnecessary wires that had accumulated through the years. for. They were great guys and we are happy to recommend them.

They provided exceptional customer service. They called us and let us know they could come early, but were available at the schedule time, whichever was our preference. They arrived and were curteous, got to work, and were pleasant. They also helped us troubleshoot some connectivity issues we had between some of our other electronics (gaming systems) and the TV. Overall, it was a smooth process, and we are really happy with quality of the work they did. It looks professionally installed and is perfectly functional. We are very happy with them, and would absolutely recommend them.
