For many years we were completely happy with Nevilles. They went out of their way to deliver quality service, and provided knowledgeable, friendly workmen. Then the team leader on our account was in a serious accident and unable to work. Bill Neville wrote us an email out of the blue and told us he could no longer serve our account. He ignored our requests for referral to someone he would recommend and left us scrambling for a replacement on zero notice. Thus, we are sorry to provide our failing grade for professionalism.
