David Miseyko performed the inspection on our new house. He was very thorough and checked absolutely everything. He was able to give us estimates on some of the repairs which quelled my trepidations on buying the property. He was extremely professional and good at his job. I would highly and confidently recommend Musselman for home inspection. David thoroughly inspected a 2000 sq ft townhouse for 3 and a half hours, kindly explaining everything and answering questions. He took bunch of pictures and videos, which all later became part of the extensive inspection report. I was impressed with his professionalism, honesty, and reliability. He uncovered many issues with the house. He was also very pleasant to work with.

He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained all of his observations in a way that was easy to understand. For any issues that came up, he was careful to distinguish between things I can fix on my own and things I would need a professional to do. He also provided great advice for long-term preventative maintenance, and highlighted several areas of the home that we needed to pay careful attention to avoid problems in the long-run. Our report was delivered promptly, even though we requested several additional tests beyond the base home inspection package. Their scheduling and report viewing process is also very easy. I highly recommend their services.

Dave came out and was extremely knowledgeable with inspecting mobile homes. He was very thorough, took his time, and he did an excellent job. He gave recommendations I never thought of. He even prioritized what needed to be done. He sent an online inspection report with pictures and it was printable. He was on time, and even brought snacks. I would highly recommend him and I would definitely use them again.

John was great. He was thorough and took a lot of time walking us through the home and explaining everything that was a concern and strength. He was personal and professional at the same time. We had him test for mold and radon as well as the home was older and he also inspected a detached garage. The inspection reports and invoices were all available online on a secure site for download, which is very convenient.

very well ... I'm a realtor and this was one of the better home inspections I've attended

the buying was a nightmare but John was great. He did a thorough inspection, the seller was given a list of repairs including roof, electrical, sidewalk, and a window frame that is being held up. After 2 months the repairs still were not done, then they were supposedly done. Brought John out again, who went through the repairs clearing explaining to the seller's Realtor the repairs that were not done, how he knows they were not done, why they needed to be done. Finally the closing is almost here, after 4 months of back and forth. John was great, he was thorough, he was professional while being down to earth. The total price is because he had to come out a second time, and the "Bugman" had to also make a second trip.

Provided a thorough, not to mention educational, inspection of a home that we are purchasing. Jon was extremely thorough and went over each area of the property with a fine tooth comb. My wife and myself, were very pleased with Jon's knowledge and professionalism. After the home inspection, radon test, and bug inspection, we recieved a color 55 page report containing all of the findings of the inspection. The report also contained photos of all of the areas that need correction. We are very happy with Musseleman Home Inspections, we will most definately use them again and refer them.

John was prompt, friendly and informative.  He replied to my initial request almost immediately, and offered flexible weekend hours on a short basis.  He arrived on time, and got started on the exterior immediately, completing the inspection throughout the house.  He educated both my husband and I throughout the process and provided a detailed digital report shortly thereafter.  I would happily recommend him to anyone and everyone!
