I found there service directly on your list. They were always professional. They always contact me before they get here. They pay attention to everything I say. Always on time always clean up after the job is done. They were very nice and I really like them.

We have been using Eckert Landscapes for years. Recently we had them remove a badly overgrown area of our property (wild vines, weeds, etc.) and replace with a mulch garden. Wow, what a difference, it looks better than I imagined. They did a great job. Eckert Landscapes also provides our weekly lawn maintenance (grass cutting, edging, etc.). Tim is a great guy to work with and my wife and I are very happy with the service we get.

My husband and I used Eckert Landscapes last summer for weekly lawn maintenance and they were wonderful!  They showed up every week and we never had to worry about it.  We also used them for fall cleanup and they did a graet job!  We have a lot of very large trees on our property so leaf cleanup can be very time consuming.  We will definitely continue to use their lawn maintenance service and plan on using them for some other landscaping services this spring.

The folks at Eckert Landscape are top notch.  I left a message on my first call and there was a return call right away.  Several days later someone stopped by the house and walked through the property and called me later to provide the estimate.  I accepted the estimate and the work was scheduled the following week.  Three men showed up with back packs, wheeled blowers and tarps.
My property has many, many beds filled with pachysandra and many perennials and it takes me forever to clean out the beds because of all the trees surrounding my house and neighboring properties.  Eckert's crew came in and blew out all the leaves and took them away in their truck.  I've had other crews do the same job but no where near as good as the job Eckert Landscape did for me this year.

Tim came out and gave me a quote and also a few suggestions. The day they came to do the work Tim stopped by to check on things. The guys working for very friendly and did a great job! They went above and beyond my expectations! The left the area cleaner than they found it! We couldn't be happier! We're hoping to use them again in the fall.

Landscape Maintenance........ throughout the season Spring - Fall was basic springtime work to include edging, mulching, trimming.  Through the season the agreement was monthly weeding.  My view of the monthly service was to have the weeds removed, Eckert's view was to spray the weeds.  So, instead of having green weeds, we had brown dead weeds and Eckert felt it an imposition to be called back to remove the weeds.

Snow Removal............they did remove the snow from the walk and driveway, AND PILED THE REMOVED SNOW IN FRONT OF OUR MAILBOX BLOCKING ACCESS.  When Eckert was called back to remove the snow from blocking the mailbox they felt imposed upon and that we were in the wrong.  While it is in our association guidelines to clear access to the mailbox, I would think that common sense would prevail.  IT DID NOT.  Anyway, if they would have serviced properly the 1st time there would have been no need for a return trip.

Based on the above Eckert chose not to continue to provide us service and they felt we caused them undue hardship by having to make return visits.  They wouldn't have had to do that if the work was done properly.

Eckert was prompt, clean, and efficient. Their quote was fair and much less than some of the bigger outfits I interviewed who wanted to dictate changes I wasn't prepared  to make. I would recommend Eckert to my neighbors.

They have a very good service. They’re extremely thorough and prompt. They did a nice job. They perform clean up at the beginning and in the end of the year. They are thoroughly professional in providing quotes and did the work exactly as they say they will. They’re fair. They also do our snow removal and I find them excellent in that.

I have used Tim off & on over the past several summers. Each time has been during an "emergency" when due to physical limitations we can not keep up with the yard work (surgeries, new baby, etc). Tim comes out as soon as he can fit it in his schedule and gets his crew out as soon as you approve his very professional and thorough proposal. During the last project he came out on a Friday, estimate emailed (and approved) same day, and his crew was out Tuesday. They weeded six large flower beds, edged the all, trimmed a half-dozen trees, shaped dozens of shrubs/rose bushes/etc, fully mulched...you get the picture. All in less than a full-days work by some friendly workers. They're a great local company that employ local people that I am proud to recommend.
