It was fantastic. They were very delightful to work with. I liked the designer. They communicated well about the appointments and what to expect. They showed up on time and they were clean. The closet came out beautiful.

Closet City organized my walk-in closet in my new apartment
- installed drawers, shelves, and clothing rods.They did an excellent job.
Janet came to observe what I needed, then the installer came to measure, and
the installer then came back later to actually install the closet organizing
system. They accelerated the work even though they had a tight schedule, since
I had been living out of boxes on the floor for weeks.
Janet came and assessed my needs perfectly. The installer (and his helper) were
experts at what they do, and were polite and efficient to boot. I had no qualms
about having these installers in my home. They are local people from a similar
socio-economic status as mine.
With this closet organization, I can get a lot more in my closet than before,
and everything is easily accessible. Janet gave me all my special requests,
such as max shelf height, hooks in certain spots, an ironing board in a drawer
in the closet (one of my favorite things!), etc.
The quality of the materials used is excellent. The finish is so smooth it
almost feels soft. The paint has a "deep" look, similar to how paint
on a very expensive car looks. Even the hooks are lovely. The jewelry drawers
have dividers to keep things from sliding around, a touch I really appreciate.
All drawers open and close very smoothly. One beautiful touch is curved corners
on the shoe shelves, as they continue from shelves on one wall of the closet to
the adjacent wall.
There was only one small glitch: One drawer front was ordered in the wrong
color, so a second visit is necessary by the head installer, but it will only
take 5 minutes or so.

Janet came out and looked at job. Reach in closet in master bedroom. Said she would email me her designs and never got back to me.  Got the feeling she wasn't real interested during our meeting.   Disappointed.  I feel if you don't want a job you should have the professional courtesy to say so.

Outstanding company from design phase to completion. Obviously they are experts in their field.

Everything went very well! They came out and designed a really terrific prototype. Everything was priced well. I was very happy with everything!

Provider was contacted on 04Oct for consultation.  Consultation was scheduled for 09Oct.  The salesperson was punctual for the consultation, very nice, and understood exactly what we wanted.  She did not have any business cards to hand out, but promised to get in touch with us on the quote later that night.  Unfortunately we did not hear back as promised.  We followed up with the company on 16Oct whom reached out to our sales person.  The quote was provided on 21Oct.  We provided verbal agreement with a few questions.  The sales person stated they would get back to us that night or the next day.  This did not happen.   It's 11Nov and we have yet to hear anything.  Considering this trend of bad communication, we will not move forward as expected.  Very disappointed.

Pleasant when we visited showroom.  Designer came to home and made helpful suggestions.  I was able to create the exact components and size for desired work area.  The wait was reasonable for custom pieces and installation was done carefully.  One minor concern was addressed promptly.

I received a phone call within a day of my email.  We discussed what I needed and set up an appointment.  The owner of the company came and explained the company and gave me options for my pantry.  We decided on one and the material was received in two weeks.  On the day of the

I received several estimates and proposed designs for our new master bedroom closet, including before the actual closet was constructed.  The design provided by Janet Stevenson at Closet City was, by far, the best one we saw.  It was also much less expensive than the other companies' proposals.  My only complaint with this company is responsiveness - when we were in the process of making slight changes to the design and even when we were trying to get someone out here to give us an estimate, they were seemingly uninterested in my business.  If another company had been anywhere near them in terms of design/price i might have gone with another company but their design was so much better and the price was so much better I had to go with them.  I'm glad I did.  Although they "confirmed" the install date without ever proposing it in the first place (?!), the guys that actually did it were amazing - fast, neat, and the workmanship looks incredible.  Also, the product itself is much, much nicer than I expected (and i got the absolute bottom-of-the-line stuff).  In hindsight the lack of responsiveness might have just been due to their being so busy because they are so, so good.  I would advise other potential customers to deal with any administrative slights or seeming disinterest because it is worthwhile in the longterm - these people are just extremely good at what they do.

Great company to work with from scheduling to the final installation. Estimate was presented in 3d giving me a clear understanding how everything was going to look. The scheduler was accommodating to my time needs and the installers where great. Clean courteous and very respectful to my home. They where quick and efficient and when done they cleaned everything so well all I needed to do was to put my clothes back.

This company came highly recommended by friends so I gave them a try and do not regret it. I particularly liked that they are RRP certified for older homes like my parents.

Everything was wonderful. They really listened to what we wanted, and did exactly what they said they would. The closets function great now and are much better for our lifestyle.
