Adam contacted me immediately from Angie's List. He was super chill and straight forward on the phone, putting my heart at ease for my challenging situation: I went to replace my toilet only to find it was a non-traditional waste line connection that was also too close to the wall. The call was a Friday and he was here on a Monday, assessed the situation and came up with a handful of solutions. He was very clear with the expected cost and was able to implement the fix that same afternoon. Highly recommended for this unique plumbing issue.

Adam returned my call within 24 hrs. He set up a time for the repair then let me know the cost. He showed up on the agreed upon day & time & did the repair. Total professional. I intend to hire Adam whenever necessary & will recommend him to my friends.

Adam and his partner was very responsive with my request. They asked the right questions and answered mine to determine if they could do they job before coming. When they arrived they got the job done quick and efficiently. I would definitely hire again and recommend.

Work performed Aug. 2016.They replaced both hot and cold stems with plastic stems (contractor says this is all that is sold today, I expected brass components). Price quoted was $175.00 which included trip charge, diagnosis, first hour of labor & materials. I requested additional work - to replace tub spout with one that had nipple to attach a hand sprayer. They did not have one on hand so I agreed for them to install a regular tub spout with diverter. Tub spout costapprox. $15.00. To use up the extra time left , I requested to have new tub spout with a nipple to attach a hand sprayer. They did not have one and they could not install the old one back so I agreed to have a regular tub spout with a diverter be installed. This brought it past 1/2 hour beyond my quoted price. However, It took them at least 25 mins. to prepare the invoice. I thought that was an excessive amount of time to prepare a very short invoice. Positives - they were polite. Negatives - The Master Plumber brought along a trainee who did most of the work while he was instructed to do the basic procedures. (The master plumber did assist with checking for leaks before and after the install.) I feel that I was paying top dollar for a master plumber to do the work at a faster speed - not to have a trainee perform the service at a slower pace while being instructed on the side. If I had known that the trainee would be doing most of the work, I would have not had them come to my home. I felt that I paid for the extra 20-25 minutes it took to draw up the invoice. In addition, I had to ask the master plumber to explain what he was doing and why he was using the parts he was using. It seems they will give the customer the cheapest parts, not thinking that the customer may want to have a choice in selecting a more durable part for the labor that is being charged. THE main factor if I want to use a contractor again is how well he communicates what he is doing and letting me know ahead of time the parts that he is using. The contractor also had to return on another day because the hot and cold water stems were installed the opposite from the original way that they were installed.

Plumber came on time with advance notice, was very professional. During the job there were additional issue found, which upped my price a bit, but Adam was fair in informing me of the issues and additional cost. Final job was of very high quality (he replaced a bunch of ad-hoc "handyman" piping which had deteriorated over time).

This is the 2nd time I called on Adam. He had installed a 40G water heater in 2012. He came out in afternoon at the perfect time so that I didn't have to miss any time at work. He gave me a great price. Picked his brain on some bathroom upgrades I want to do. Looking forward in working with him again real soon.

Overall a good experience - always got prompt replies. They showed up on time and even called ahead to say they were about 30 minutes out. They were professional and did a good job. They charged exactly what was estimated.  I would use them again.

After finding Absolute Plumbing through Angie's List, I contacted them via messaging to ask a few questions. All of which were promptly responded in a timely manner. In order to get a better understanding, Adam, scheduled a day and time to come to my home for an estimate. He and his associate (sorry, I forgot his name) arrived at my house on time and listened when I described my problem, performed a thorough inspection and discussed the next course of action. I scheduled them immediately. Again being punctual, they arrived and immediately went to work. My wife took over for me as I was injured. They were very patient, informative polite to her as well. These are men of integrity. They have earned my respect and my future business.  I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!

They were very professional and arrived on time. Cleaned up after themselves and took the old sink with them. After the work was completed I realized that there still was a problem. I called and let them know, and the owner came back out to do the repair. I loved the service and would definitely use this company if I should ever need service again.
