HORRIBLE! Mr Cass is a scam artist that the soney upfront starts out strong then pulls his trailer out and is never seen again and neither is the money he has taken. He does work that doesn't need He does work that doesn't need done and charges the poor senior citizen. He has a liscence number on his trailer but it expired in 2017 and no contractor insurance. In 2018 he was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs-having a gun without a permit-no car insurance-inspection or emission sticker. In 2015 he was charged with many counts of fraud on another contracted job. He is a fraud-liar and scam artist My Dads contract started on 11-1-2018 and its now 5-2019: job still not finished-Dadd had a judgement placed against Cass for 5200.00 and won. He still hasn't pd him back
