Once he told me I needed catalytic converter, when I took the part to another shop, they said my current converter was in very good shape and looked almost new. He also broke one of my lug nuts rotating the tires and charged me for it.

I often go to South Hanover Walmart auto for routine oil changes. I have also bought tires there and had other work done there. I wish that they did PA inspections, but alas they do not. The service is good. The price is pretty average for an oil change. It is convenient and you can shop while you wait for the car, so the time passes rather quickly.
