His crew came in, got the job done quickly. Randy stopped by several times to check on their progress and to answer questions that we had. The top slab of one of my steps to my door was loose and came completely up when you stepped on it from one side.  We noticed it Saturday and I e-mailed Randy that night.  Sunday morning, I had a response and he had me call him Monday morning.  He swung by that same day and said it would be an easy fix (a 2x4 under the stair had broken).  He said he would bring someone by that afternoon.

Sure enough, a few hours later, Randy and one of his employees came by and fixed the stair in less than 15 minutes.  He had me stand on it, go up and down it, to ensure I was satisfied with the work--which I was.  Just got the bill a couple of days later and needless to say, I am very satisfied.

We've always been very happy with Randy's work. This latest job he did for us is no exception. The room that he worked on for us is a sun room which was added to the house 25 years after initial construction. There's evidence of recurring problems with moisture damage to the interior plaster walls, ceiling and crown molding. We had just finished a lot of plaster repair in the room two years ago when we started to see some water discoloration on the ceiling near the crown molding this past winter. Randy came out quickly, found and repaired the leaking joint. He recommended that we try applying a industrial grade sealant to the walls in order to reduce the chances for future water damage to the interior. We trust his advice and agreed to his work proposal. The sealant doesn't alter the appearance of the brick and should last 8-10 years. If it works, we'll continue to have it applied as a preventive maintenance measure. He also came in under his estimate which we appreciate. We recommend Randy A. Brady Masonry highly.

Excellent job on the replacement of cracked and broken blocks around my basement doors. Job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and at the price quoted. Would use this contractor again.
