They are great there. They always follow up appointments the next day with a phone call to check on pet to make sure all went well if they had a vaccination.

She is really a good vet. She is reasonable in price, the service is excellent and she is a very caring doctor who loves animals.

The office and exam rooms not only look clean they smell clean, that's something important to me since I have sensitivities to odors and strong smells can trigger migraines for me. We were greeted quickly and shown to the exam room. I like that they have glass doors on the exam rooms so you can see the staff and pets go by and you don't feel forgotten about. Decor is nice and clean the pets are encouraged to get out and move around in the room. They have two resident cats that "run the office" and that was fun to see. The staff from the front desk to the techs to Dr. Friedland herself are kind and helpful. They were informative, and gentle with our kitten. Testing and exam were performed quickly with no fuss and our kitty responded well to the calm demeanor of the staff. We've returned 3 times for check ups since our initial visit and each time I've been just as impressed. They don't push their own agenda as far as your pet's health, they listen and work with you. I appreciate that a lot.
