It went great. We entered the store and were met immediately by Shara. We told her we were going to look around and she asked if the mattress was for us and if so, what type of mattress we were interested in. She was not pushy, but very helpful. She took us directly to the type of mattress we were looking for and told us differences, ie. years of warranty, whether it was turnable, etc. She also showed us several similar types of mattresses and varying prices. She was there when we needed her and nearby when we didn't. Everyone was friendly. We got the mattress delivered--free. The delivery men were nice, efficient, ON TIME, set up the new mattress and box spring and took away the old set and all the packaging...all free. Overall the experience was pleasant and efficient.
