+ -1 moreThey are really good and they come right away. I spend about $1,000 for a year’s worth of maintenance service. I didn’t get bids or anything so I don’t know how their price compares. I think that they really know what they are doing. If there is a problem, they usually fix it quickly. I appreciate that they are big on checking things and keeping them running.
Description of Work: We use Landmark Mechanical all year to maintain our HVAC system. They clean the filters, they make sure everything is running okay, and do that sort of stuff.
