Auto Body Work
showed the guy what happened to my car in the accident. I was under the impression that both dents would be fixed on my car. there was one on each side of the window. My window was also busted out but I didn't expect them to replace the window. Came in 2 days later to pick my car up , only to find that the dent on the door ( on the other side of window ) was not fixed but just filled in with black paint. The window was still tight to get up at that spot. I pointed it out to the guy and he said he didn't know what to do for that. What? Left disgusted. Body shop can't fix that? ?? They don't care. They don't explain exactly what they plan on doing and not doing on the contract paper thoroughly. I also had plastic on my window when I took it to their shop. They didn't even bother putting any plastic back over my window. So with that said, Don't go there!
