"This claim was settled in our favor on 3 occasions, twice within the credit card company and once again in small claims court. The Homeworks Company verified with the manufacturer and importer that the color ordered was the color requested and received a signed certification that there were no defects with the granite that the customer ordered. The customer received several pieces of literature that informed them of the variations of granite, and that no two slabs are alike. This notice is also posted on all samples. We encourage out customers to choose their slabs in person, so they can select exactly the slabs they wish to use for their counters. This customer decided to waive this option."
