+ -1 moreAfter Hurrican Sandy, I called for an estimate to repair some roof damage at5 my in-laws home. Despite calling his office multiple times & being told "he's not in right now-he'll call back" he never did. I finally gave up--poorest customer service I've ever experienced.
Description of Work: I called for a roof inspection/estimate after Hurricane Sandy. Despite my calling him 4 times, he never scheduled the requested appointment.

+ -1 moreThey came highly recommended. They said once we signed the contract they would come out to do any kind of repairs. They came out many times to do temporary fixes. They took care of the small roof that was giving us a lot of water issues. They used to call me daily to give me updates. They went above and beyond the call of duty.
