Mr. Dailey always does excellent work. In the case of the recent trash-hauling I actually got a call from Waste Management, saying that someone had dumped what looked like a whole apartment full of furniture behind the apartment building and that their truck could not reach the dumpster. Their regular truck doesn't pick up furniture -- or anything that isn't inside the dumpster. And it costs a lot of money and takes at least a couple of days to get a special pick up. This is the kind of emergency that a landlord can get fined big bucks for by the city. I immediately called my property manager, who called Mr. Dailey. Fortunately he was available, went right to the building and hauled everything away.
