They made a mistake on the measurement of one of the windows. Thankfully, the installation techs caught the mistake before removing our old window. I contacted the company later to get the 12th window, but they never got it to me. Later they wanted to know why I didn't pay the full amount- I told them it was because we didn't get all the windows we ordered. Other than this puzzling issue, they were great, and the windows were a good deal.
