My Bichon had to get his yearly shots. They did a really good job giving him his shots

They are really good, we have been going there for years. The last visit was fine. We have been going to them since 2002. They are very friendly, very nice, and they have a very clean office. They explain everything to you. It seems like the price is higher every time we go.

We were promptly received by reception as is always true with Brown Animal Hospital. Our wait to be taken to an exam room was incredibly short, a few minutes, and this is also routinely true of our experience here.
Facility is always very clean and comfortable.
Technician doing the initial exam was well received by our dog and Dr. Brown always provides excellent, warm care. We are always afforded plenty of time to express our concerns and ask any questions we may have.
Xrays showed no stones and we were prescribed medications for the UTI and for the dissolving of crystals in the urine.
Checkout was handled professionally and was very fast.
Follow-up urinalysis will be done free of cost to ensure all is cleared up and well.

Dr. Brown has an very good "bedside manner" and is good with animals. The techs are very friendly and cooperative. However, we were very disappointed that they did not take a more aggressive tact when our cat failed to respond. Consequently, we got recommendations of other vets and found one who we felt more comfortable with. Their charges are very, very high. We heard this from several people and experienced it ourselves when we changed vets for the same type of services.

Great. The veterinarian was gentle, understanding (when kitty wasn't cooperative at the new vet's office) and thorough. This particular cat has dental issues so I wasn't surprised to hear she needed her teeth cleaned. We had recently moved from Carroll Co, Md. The staff was helpful and courteous. The bill for the exam and vaccine was very reasonable and actually considerably less expensive than my old vet. However, I chose not to have the cat's teeth cleaned there because the cost was significantly over what the old vet charged. I was quoted more than double what I paid at the old vet, so I toted her back across the state line to get her teeth cleaned.
