A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!! I am an 82 yr. old widow. Mr. Redding not only had an outstanding knowledge about ways to clean carpets from his many years in the vacuum cleaner business, but was very considerate of my situation. He offered to bring the machines to my residence (a distance of 12 miles) and demonstrate how they worked and what they could do. He accurately and expeditiously performed the demonstration with NO HIGH SALES PRESSURE. The decision to make the purchase on April 28, 2016 was a wise decision! I've been using these cleaners for 3 months and could not be more pleased. I highly recommend doing business with Amerivac Vacuum Center and Mark Redding. These cleaners have performed exactly as he predicted. He deserves an "A" rating on knowledge, professionalism, integrity and empathy for the customer. My purchase was a PERFECT VACUUM CLEANER C 103 and an AERUS SHAMPOOER M1739.
