Used  Ben before to install out door garage lite 2 years ago and very profenial   manner. Would not hesitate to use Ben again.        

Very friendly  informative as to how the job would be done.  Recamed him to our friends and family . Way to go Ben!

In the attic they changed over the service to a bigger box to the home. They did good work. They are professional and through.

Showed up on time. Went right to work. Completed the job in a timely fashion. Completed the job satisfactorily. Only one comment. We believe Mr. Frailey may have charged us for an extra hour. When he left, we noted his arrival time and his departure time and realized he charged us for an extra hour. But we did not contact Mr. Frailey because he drove quite a distance to our home and we were happy to pay the extra amount for his travel. So, all in all, we were happy with Mr. Frailey's work.

Everything went very well. Mr Frailey (Ben) came to the house about amonth ago and looked over the work to be done. He called the next day with his estimate, which is what we paid after the work was done. As we were not in a hurry to get the work done the waiting period was no problem Once on the job Ben and his helper took about 7 hours from start to finish. They removed all the old stuff and cleaned up throughly. One note of warning, Ben and his present helper may get into a shouting match because the helper doesn't always follow his instructions. He kind of free thinks at times. All in all, a very good experience and I'm having him back to do some inside work this fall.

He was honest and he did whatever he said he would. The price was fair.

He is very personable and social. He works with you on prices. He is just an overall nice guy.

We have used Ben for years starting with a home improvement project in our attic. The electric needed installed to the new area and Ben was gracious enough to come over and see what we had and what we needed based on our project to bring it to code. He have us an assurance he will get it to code and give us what we wanted and worked with our budget. He installed what we needed at the time with the assurance that however long it took to get this hooked up to electric service he would come back and do that. It was great work and very professionally done. We would definitely use him again for any electrical work we would have in the future.

He arrived on-time, worked hard and continuously for two days. He worked cleanly quietly and efficiently and then cleaned up all old materials. He also pointed out to me that the old breaker box had been set up the incorrect breakers which is something else he corrected on the new svc. box.
Overall, it was a very good experience and we would certainly use him again.

Ben is a professional electrician that is great to have work for you. He knows his electrical knowledge and will provide some advice to give the best possible solution keeping cost and the customer in mind. He is very friendly and is a great worker. Ben has done several projects for us in the past and all have been very satisfied with the results.
