They did an incredible job. It is not an easy piece to work with. It left my home as a sad ripped and brittle lounge with useless, flat padding that was a sidewalk find in Boston 10 yrs ago. It came back as a brand new, beautiful piece, very detailed, obviously professionally done, comfortable with (gasp!) lumbar support I didn't know it was supposed to have. It picked up and delivered by John (wonderful, friendly man), and my freebie is now worth at least $2000. They also do woodwork. I will use them for any future furniture refurb and recommend to all who want quality work done. I was going to have a friend who does upholstery as a hobby fix the chaise, it would have been cheaper of course but it would not have looked this amazing. I can't comment on price because to me everything costs too much these days and it wouldn't be based on anything but my bias. I will say in the end it was worth every penny and it being a quality built piece back when they made things to last longer than your next move, it's going to be around for several more generations to enjoy.

It was fantastic! Excellent results. Replaced the seat padding (that was rotted) and put on new upholstery material for the seats. The workmanship was terrific and the material was wonderful (...and a good price too!) The work was done very quickly. I would DEFINITELY use again.

The service was fantastic. I knew what fabric I wanted but there was not a lot available at that time. However, they brought me books of samples until I selected the right one. They were very pleasant. The actual upholstery made my 1930's couch look like a museum piece. The work was really beautiful. The price was expensive but is was so beautifully done and exactly what I wanted.

John was very kind and professional throughout the process. He did a great job with the chair, the fabric looks great and it has held up very well. The chair turned out exactly as I had hoped it would. I was treated as a valuable customer and would definately use them again in the future.

The chair and ottoman look fantastic! She made some adjustments to the size of the foam for the seat cushion so that now all the wood around the seat shows. It looks great! In addition to what we contracted for, Theresa replaced the bottom board under the seat cushion and even covered it with the fabric used for the cushion and covered the back of the board with the same material usually used for the underside of upholstered furniture. Her work is excellent and we will definitely use her again.
