PINE KNOLL CLOCK REPAIR

Terrible. My clock hasn't worked right in 2 years. It was in and out of service for 2 years at this shop. Now for the last 6 months he won't return calls and has parts that are supposed to be for my clock. Funny thing is after the supposed replaced parts it still did the same thing over and over. Stops working at 5 minutes before the hour. Get a hold of me to resolve this 2 year long issue. So I can change this review.

Needed a repair on antique grandfather clock. Repair was promised with a replacement of a part that was supposed to come from Scotland. The repair was never done and part was not installed even after numerous emails promising that both would be accomplished. I have kept all emails promising work to be completed and months later clock was returned in nonworking condition. There was no charge. When I asked about the part from Scotland that was to be installed --he stated that it was not installed--as promised in an email that I kept. I had to take clock to Maryland to another clock repair person and just got it back a few months ago in great working condition. I even recommended this establishment to my neighbor very disappointed.

Excellent service. Thoughtful and thorough. Educated me in the clock.
