We Do Windows

They used to be the best - They sold the company, you have the new people listed. They are not open for business anymore.

The workers who came to the house were professional and thorough. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Unfortunately, the women who serves as the contact with customers is unprofessional and can be down right rude. I stopped using their service after a miscommunication on my part when I did not receive a phone message she had left asking me to return a call to confirm my appointment for window cleaning.  They canceled my appointment and would not stop to clean my windows at the originally scheduled time. I hired another service that year to clean the windows in order to get the screens up. When I called the company the following year for window and gutter cleaning, they never returned my phone call. It seems to be a poor way to run a business. I am 85 years old and do not have air conditioning in my house, so getting the screens up in a timely manner is important. After using the service for 18 years, I now rely on other cleaning services.

On time, good work, friendly, reliable and I recommend

I have had other window cleaning services, but these guys are the best!!! They THOROUGHLY clean the windows and outside sills.....no drip marks left on edges. When you have inside and outside done, they remove the screens, move furniture, and are very careful not to drip water all over the floor. I even have them clean my hanging chandeliers, which are unreachable, and change my smoke detector batteries.....also unreachable. Can't say enough good things about them!!

It went great. They arrived on time working from outside in. The windows look great and the cleaners were really nice. Often when services are provided at our home, I feel like I have to restrict my two Labs but not this time; they made friends even before the windows got cleaned. I waited too long last Fall to call for a window cleaning appointment and tried over weeks to get the windows done by myself and fully appreciate the services provided like I never did before. These guys are Pros and Esther, who makes the appointments, is always nice and as accommodating as possible.

They are wonderful. They are very reasonable and do a great job. They are willing to do inside and outside of the windows. I just have them do the outside.

Normally, I have window cleaning and gutter cleaning done. However, as mentioned, I called too late and was not able to have my windows cleaned, inside or out. The gutters were cleaned and the area around our house was also left clean. I was not home during the cleaning and arrived just as they were leaving. If only outside window cleaning/gutter cleaning is done, the workers just leave an invoice for payment at my front door if I'm not home. I hope to be on the list in the early Spring to get my windows cleaned. I have way too many windows to try to clean them inside and out, myself. I WON'T be late again...

We Do Windows' pricing is very reasonable and he does a very good job. It seems like my windows stay clean longer after they do the service. Their responsiveness and professionalism are great.
