The crew along with Tobin arrived around 9:30 AM and immediately began tearing out our old tie wall. They worked all day until 5PM.  The next day they arrived earlier and continued working till around 5 PM  This went on until Friday when they finished up.  All week they cleaned up the work area even as far as sweeping the street. They left all of their work equipment on the street surrounded by caution cones. The last day they brought mulch which we requested and spread it for us. My husband also requested landscape stones be laid at the end of the driveway. They were very accommodating to our requests and concerns.  The man who laid the blocks was very talented and did a beautiful job. Tobin did not stay the entire time, he just got the job started and helped for a while then left. He checked on the job periodically.  We are very pleased with the results and have received many compliments.

Grass mowning services are adequate; the lawn feeding services are good; but the landscaping as far as follow-up leaves much to be desired.
Plants have died and it has taken many, many phone calls to get them replaced.  The replacements were done while we were at work and were not done with like-kind plants.  We are stuck with trees we did not choose.  Also, they are showing signs of dying.  A boulder placed for landscaping purposes has shattered with the winter weather into thousands of pieces of shale.  I would have thought that the choice in rock should have been better made.
The lawn feeding/fertilizing services are more than adequate.  The lawn mowing has been done, but not in a neat manner with clumps of grass left behind.  We have found another service for that.  Landscaping -- I would never contract them for that service ever again.
