 + -1 moreIt is very good. We like it because it is free, we are 70 and we get it with insurance. It is right down the hill, and so it is easy to get to, we can walk to it if we wanted to. My husband goes to a silver sneaker class, where they have older people go to class. They fit you in, and you go faster or slower, you can take classes or you can do things on your own. They will train you, and teach you, then they will leave you on your own. They have a nice pool which is good for arthritic people.
Description of Work: My husband uses The Aerobic Center At Lynch Field. I go there for swimming, but my husband goes 3 times a week.

 + -1 morePeople at The Aerobic Center At Lynch Field are friendly. I feel like I can talk to them whenever I want to. They deal with me in a way that I like. The place is kept clean. The equipments are kept up. When a piece of machinery goes down, they put a tag on it, which says that it is being serviced. It does not stay down for very long. They are very up on the maintenance.
Description of Work: I use The Aerobic Center At Lynch Field for fitness training. I last visited them about three months ago.
