Tim was on time and appeared very professional at first. However, once the job started, he complained about working on an existing home instead of a newly built home. We remodeled our kitchen.. When he laid the ardex (floor leveling compound) to level the kitchen floor, he did not cover any knot holes on the floor so the ardex leaked into the basement below into boxes of electrical supplies we had, ruining all supplies. After the tile was finished, he didn't bring enough grout. He stated he'd be back to finish, but never did. Then, less than a year later, the tiles are cracking and grout is coming up. We had another contractor come in to look at flooring. New contractor stated that we did not have a sub-floor; Tim had failed to lay a subfloor with the ardex. We have repeatedly tried to contact Tim to help us yet he has never returned our calls.
