I won't ever use anyone else. He returned my call promptly, he was punctual, very nice and he really knew his job. I was a technician in the Navy. I can tell what is good procedure for troubleshooting and solid work in this field too. He more than met my expectations.

Mr. Stevenson responded very promptly and an appointment was made for the next day. He arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem. Everyone should be so professional.

I called, was able to come within 2 business days. Had parts in truck. Replaced broken part and suggested another part to help keep dryer running for many more "years". Vacuumed out entire dryer and replaced part all within 40 minutes. All while carrying on a very pleasant conversation. You don't get service like that anymore, Very reasonable..

Mr Stevenson was very cordial, knew what he was doing and got job done as soon as he got the parts. He did an outstanding job. Gas range working very well.

Mr. Stevenson explained the situation. He diagnosed it quickly, and went to work. It was a frozen drain in the freezer that wasn't allowing moisture from the defrost cycle to drain properly It didn't require any replacement parts. He was here less than an hour.

The gentleman arrived, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, came back when it came in and fixed my washer!!! He was amazing and it cost 25% of what some other company quoted me! Thank you so much!!

Very smoothly

Everything was good.  Bob came on a Friday and figured out what was wrong and needed fixed.  He was back the following Thursday with the parts and the washer works great.  Bob was on time for both appointments.  Great customer service!

He's a great guy, very honest. He tells you if your appliance is shot or if it's worth fixing. He's just a very honest, hardworking guy. I have a washer/dryer that's 23 years old, like built with the washer and he came in and I thought I have to replace it. He said, "Although that's only like a $10 part..." He said, "I can fix that". He said, "You won't get a new washer that last you that long". So, he's real honest about that kind of stuff. It was just make a box. He is just right here within two days. He's very professional too.

The repairman arrived within the designated time slot. He started to work and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He had the needed part with him, and he installed it and tested the washing machine in less than a half-hour. The machine has been working normally after the repair.
