 + 2 moreWe first visited the 'Farm' location which is incredibly beautiful. This store is an original structure from 1776 and packed full of gorgeous furniture, crafts, antiques, jewelry and other items. The ambiance was perfect and we sat with one of the owners (Son of the gentleman who had restored the building), and he helped us select our crib while answering our questions about the grounds and history of the place. It was so much fun and he was very helpful and patient while we decided what we wanted. The crib was delivered a few weeks later by his son (third generation) and a friend. It was exquisite and we will be proud to have our son pass it on to his kids- it is a true heirloom.
Description of Work: My husband and I wanted a custom Amish made crib for our new baby and looked at several stores in the area. We price shopped and looked at options, then finally found these folks had the best offer on what we were looking for. They helped us pick a style, talked about options in the model we chose, showed us custom color options and even spoke to us about a matress. There was never any sales pressure, just a genuine love of the craftsmanship of their product and a wonderful knowledge of it. This was not a product they carried in either store as a display item so it was all custom ordered for us.
