Exterior Painting
The painter that came out is Roland Jessee. He came out and applied only one coat of paint, and didn't use a primer. I originally stopped payment the check, because what was in the contract was not being done. He came out to paint for us 1 year ago, and the paint on the roof is already peeling off. The sides of the building still look good. I have a five written warranty on material and labor. He is unwilling to come out and repair the issue, and has been avoiding my calls. I talked to the owner of the company, and he said that he'll just get back with me. He hasn't followed up with me. I was quoted a higher price from this company then some others, but I chose them because they offered the warranty and I wanted quality work. Unfortunately, I have received neither.
