Sears - Greensburg

There is nothing they could have done better.  I would recommend them to a friend.

They do have touch up paint but you cannot but it at the store, you have to make an order for it like I was. The little container is like six dollars and seventy five cents but it cost me fifteen dollars to get it shipped to my house. I am okay with the fact that it is scratched because its not something that is that obvious, its on a corner. The issue is that it is not easy to get the touch up paint. They won't bring it to the store and don't carry it in the store so you have to order for it. When you order for it, the shipping and handling is much more expensive than the product itself. They were pretty good. The price itself is reasonable but the price of the shipping is unreasonable. Whoever I talked to was very helpful, he even called Sears directly to see if they had any on hand there but they said they never carry it.

I think they are pretty efficient. What is nice about it is they are in a mall so you can go shopping or do something or have something to eat while they are servicing your car. They do a nice job. They probably do as good a job or better at keeping my wheels balanced and getting the tires ready and making sure the car's oils are changed and so forth.

When we buy from Sears - Greensburg we use their arrangement for so many months interest free and pay it off instead of having to pay for the whole thing.

They were reasonable with price. They were prompt and on time. They were very professional.

This created more dust and I have to dust constantly. I had to wash down all of the walls. There was a white film on everything. I am still battling dust. The dust is so fine it gets through the filter.

They were 100%. The work was covered under warranty. They responded to my call within a week. The work they did was good. I would recommend them to other and will use them again in the future.
