I was waiting for an estimate from the owner to replace our sign. i called the company to see if they received my correspondence. The owner informed me that he has closed the business (suddenly) in PA and moved to Florida. Since I was waiting to hear back from him with his estimate, a call to inform me of the situation would have been nice,
