I wasn't too happy with their service. I didn't like how it was handled. We're still dealing with it this week. The dryer broke down and we've been dealing with it since then. The price was good but I didn't have it for 90 days and I already had major issues with it. I needed a new motor and a heating element.They never called me back when I called to resolve the problem. Instead of telling us they can get us a new dryer, they put us into some kind of service to have a service person come out. Some of the people were professional.

They were good with their service. We had them installed it, and they did a great job. They also took away the old dishwasher. The technician who came really knew what he was doing, because he explained a lot of things. Also, their pricing was reasonable.
