Jason's Piano Moving

The whole experience was great. Jason responded to my initial message within minutes by calling me back and texting me pictures of some of his previous moves. We set up an appointment and Jason and his crew were moving my piano within two days of my initial contact with him. They were professional, prompt, polite, and meticulous. My piano was moved without any problems. Thank you Jason and crew. I recommend you to everyone.

overall...fantastic! There were some issues with time, but, the weather was rough. These guys are very hard workers.

Jason was very flexible about scheduling a time that worked for my busy schedule. Jason did the move himself with 2 other men. They were extremely professional in their appearance and actions. Took extra care to avoid any damage to the Piano. Moved the piano up the sellers steep driveway to the truck and into my house with ease, taking care not to damage anything or leave a mess. They brought all the equipment they needed to facilitate a smooth move.

I called Jason in a bind after another mover backed out on me at the last minute. It was his day off, and he and his crew were exhausted from a hard day of work on the previous day, but he called me back promptly and did his best to accommodate me. They came out the next day (which was a Saturday) and were professional, careful, and on time. Jason is a musician himself, so he really appreciated the value of the instrument and took care to see that it arrived at my home without damage. This was not the cheapest estimate I got, and I know that he charged me extra for the inconvenience. But it was worth it to me. The other providers could not get to my job for weeks and most were not willing to take the old piano. I should add that there were 20 outdoor steps involved. Overall, I came away feeling very satisfied and knowing that it was worth what I paid to have the job done well.

I hired Jason to move our home. He is typically a piano mover though he does advertise furniture, home, etc. I received at least 5 different quotes. Jason's was the lowest. Not necessarily a good thing. He told me all would be wearing uniforms - only 2 did (himself and his father). They were loud and used fowl language in both neighborhoods. My husband actually went and said something about it and from then it did stop. They did not put back together several items which they dismantled at the beginning of the move (on their behalf they did reassemble some items - Jason claims that we said we would reassemble what was left). This was not the case as my husband said he would reassemble a few things. The entire time they unloaded the truck the two hired hands acted as if they couldn't wait to get out of here, hurrying about. It seemed as if I wasn't there to state where a box went then it automatically went into the garage. And last but not least, I'm missing atleast one box. They did drop a box on the move out date. I'm not saying anyone stole the box, only that there are some items missing. I'm still hoping that they will show up. My husband said it wasn't worth it to contact the moving company because at this time it's hard for us to recollect everything that was in the box and because of the insurance deductible it just wouldn't be worth it. Jason didn't like my review that I left on Google+ so he decided to email me a somewhat hostile message that will be copied for the property authorities to view. A very unprofessional "move" on Jason's behalf. Business is business, he needs to learn to keep it as such.
