Based on a flyer I found in my door, I phoned J B Drywall & Painting (aka Brooks Painting) on Saturday, July 9th to schedule an estimate for interior painting. Appt was scheduled for 1:00 on Sunday, July 10th. Vendor was a no-show. Did not call and was unresponsive to calls to their number. No voice mail. Received call at @ 1:40 on Monday the 11th. Did not apologize for not keeping appointment or calling to reschedule. Made excuse that it was his "brother" that made appointment. When I told him that I was no longer interested in him doing providing estimate/doing work based on lack of follow-up he got rude (calling me a b**** and telling me to "F" off). VERY unprofessional!
