They service our needs and they know the car well. They are reasonably fast in service. Although the prices are high we get what we paid for.

I needed to reschedule the appointment, due to a family emergency. Staff was very helpful in finding the earleist appointment available. This also accommodated my work schedule, as I was able to bring the car in on a Saturday. Staff were helpful and thorough, upfront in explaining what would be done, and how much it would cost. I was contacted when it was determined that additional work was needed (replacement of filters), given the price prior to any additional work being done. Additionally, several coupons were applied, which kept the cost quite reasonable.

I went to Hyundai of Greensburg just to have my oil changed and the tires rotated.
They were very friendly and helpful, and got my car in immediately.
When it was finished (about 1 hour), I received the invoice, paid it, then drove home.
When I reviewed the invoice later that evening, I noticed a $3.00 charge for windshield washer fluid had been included in the bill.
The dealership supposedly gives the car the and quot;once-overand quot; when its in there to make sure everything is alright, which is a good idea. However, even though this little $3.00 charge is no big deal, it causes me to wonder what other kinds of charges they would quietly tack-on if there was a bigger problem with the car. The fact that they never asked to do it bothers me. Many dealerships would top off the fluids as a courtesy.
I had just added fluid a few weeks prior to that.
$3.00 charge for windshield washer fluid --no big deal. (A gallon at WalMart - $1.78)
My questioning their honesty -- big deal . (Was it worth it for them?)
I'm willing to give them another chance (I'm looking to buy a car in the near future), but I'll be watching them.

We have been dealing with Hyundai of Greensburg for a few years now. They always have treated us well. Recently our Navigation System went out in our Sonata. Because our warranty had just expired, it was going to cost $2000 to replace. Needless to say, I was just going to go out and buy a portable GPS and leave it at that. The service manager called later in the day and told us that they decided to honor the warranty and replace the GPS for only the $100 deductible. Getting this type of service keeps us going back.
