Hillview Motors

About two or three weeks ago I noticed this vibration in the front end when accelerating not all the time but , often enough . Then yesterday morning I started to hear this very loud grinding sound coming from the front end when I turned the wheel. This morning I take the car to the dealership to get it worked on because in my view the car is to dangerous to drive. I stated my problem to the man at the service counter and first he wanted to know we're I had bought the car which I guess ,that question must be asked to determine how you are to be treated. I mean why would a person take a car that's under warranty and four months old anywhere than were you bought it? Anyway after a few minuets of waiting for the computer system to get my information the man tells me that he can't look at the car for more than a week and that thay don't have loaner cars either!!!!!! That poor at best in my view. I'm sorry I bought 2 cars there .

It is convenient. They are knowledgeable and professional.

It was excellent. We called, they described the car they had. We went out there, it was a used car and we drove it. They didn't know anything about the car they looked it up. They didn't try and pressure us. They were great. They were very easy. They made us comfortable, there wasn't any high pressure at all which I really appreciated. If you like the car fine, if not, that's fine too. In general they are a Jeep, Ram dealer. If anyone is interested in that kind of vehicle. They were just willing to telephone the previous owner to answer questions, they just bent over backwards. They were just nice. We told them a price that we wanted to pay and we figured there would be tax and license and everything above that. The salesman said that's the price you want to pay including tax isn't it. We said sure. He came back from his boss with that price so we didn't have to pay above that. It was awesome. My husband and I looked at each other and went Okay. The quality was what we went out for.

I have had my car serviced at Hillview Motors numerous times.  I have always been satisfied with the service.  Once,when my mini van was vibrating, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it so they kept it several days and continued to search until they found the problem.  Fortunately, it was covered by the warranty since it was a big job.

Provider performed the services in a quick professional manner with a staff that was both polite and courteous. The vehicle was ready when promised and the services were excellent.
