I am thrilled with my new bathroom. Everything was torn out and replaced, and the final product is exactly what I wanted. Every detail was discussed and handled to my specifications and preferences. Dave Greene is very conscientious and very hardworking. He had done work in my home before and will do work in my home again.

Never returned my phone call.  I find it very unprofessional when a provider doesn't have a policy of returning calls.  It says to me that they are too busy and don't need my business.

This was a small job, but it enabled me to get a clear sense of Dave?s work ethic and professionalism.  He explained everything that he was going to do, gave me the option of procuring the materials myself, and cleaned up the area when the job was complete.  He is very personable, prompt, and detail-oriented.  He keeps meticulous records and detailed invoices, and he guarantees his work and will take care of anything that is not completed to the homeowner?s satisfaction.  After this job was complete, I had Dave look at some other, much larger projects and will definitely hire him for those.  He knows his business inside and out, and is able to envision and suggest creative approaches to renovation projects.  

Before job was finished. Dave said he would call and return to finish job, after 3 weeks I called him. He was on vacation and I did not know this, left him a message. When Dave returned he called and said I was b******* at him even on vacation and I was originally suppose to call him. Wrong.

 He was putting the floor transition slip down and I told him not to do this until I stained it to match the floor. Did not listen and put it down anyway, so I'm staining it after tapeing off the floor.

The quarter round is now bowing because it was never fastened. Talked to Dave a week ago to fix this and have not heard from him yet, probably won't from our past experience. The floor is also lifting in a couple places.

Should not be drinking beer while he is working, maybe that's why he forgets.

Dave Greene rapidly became a trustworthy professional service provider and infact became a welcome addition to our lives. Innovative,creative and skilled he solved problems as they were discovered while taking on the original task at no additional cost. For example a repainting job revealed the need for replastering and he did so at the original quoted price. Pays attention to details. Very organized. Extremely cleanly. Ends the day with a thorough prep for the next. On time and courteous. Respectful actually. We wound up giving him access to our home on day two of a five day work week without having to be present ourselves. We plan to rely on Dave for all our projects big and small. We'd like to keep him a secret for ourselves but owe it to him to sing his praises. He has a family he obviously loves and works hard to provide for. This is a man who lived up to our expectations. Surpassed them infact.

Dave arrived on time. Explained everything he was going to do and commenced to work. He is very friendly and gave special instructions on the care of my new floating laminate flooring. This was my entrance room which is approximately 9 by 13. It is beautiful and he did such a professional job. He layed  the floor and  was cleaning as he worked, then he applied the quarter round around the floor, the corners were done perfectly. He is very meticulous and I appreciate that because so am I. I will ask him back for my next project.

 He is punctual, dependable, very detailed and cleans up after his work. He has experience in many phases of construction and has no problem understanding what you want. We have already discussed with him a number of jobs that we intend to use on and expect to continue to use him for these .He is capable of small jobs and also larger projects.

Very organized and neat. cleaned up after himself.  Very accommodating and easy to work with.  Would and will use him again. I have a special needs son and Dave was very considerate and thoughtful to his needs. 

Dave showed up on time, works very cleanly, works quickly, and even calls the next day to make sure everything worked out to our satisfaction.  We have other remodeling projects coming up and Dave will be the first call that we make.  Highly recommended!

Dave is a very conscientious worker. He does the best job and will never try to rip you off. He is always punctual. Love him and and the work he does. I'm 84 years old and I've been ripped off before by others.

He is the only one I would ever use. He is there when he says is. He is fussy, and wants everything perfect. He is a perfectionist. If I have a problem he is there. He is very trustworthy, and he has a key to my house. He also lets my cat out when he needs to go out.
