All aspects of the purchase, delivery and installation were handled professionally, on time and with good communication. The in store salesman, Jeff, was professional and courteous in both visits we made to the store. The delivery team of Lanny and Anthony were courteous and efficient. They called ahead in advance of the delivery as promised. The removal of the old appliances was handled carefully and without any issues. Installation of the new appliances was handled the same way. Each step of the install was explained as the work progressed and the new appliances were tested and operating instructions were reviewed with us as well.
