Made appointment with their online application. Received immediate confirmation. Upon arrival I was greeted and had review of service (oil change). They had prices for services in clear view and I also selected a transmission fluid change. This was no problem to add-on. Waiting room was comfortable and they also had wi-fi and Keurig coffee available which was a plus. Service completed in a timely manner.

The technicians put a-lot of time in and found two major electrical modules that had gone bad. They replaced them (all the time keeping me informed on their progress through their excellent service advisor, Michael) and performed tests spread over multiple time periods to insure problems were resolved. I had an excellent experience with them and plan to use them exclusively for all my Mercedes repairs.
