 + -1 moreWe bought the warranty so we didn't pay for the service. They are pretty good, I like their work. They stand by their warranties.
Description of Work: We use Best Buy. If we have any problems, we take the computer to them. We last took it to them when we were having some problems with it, and they found out that we had some malware and thing like that on it.
