Real Estate Service
Forced to use thru pnc bank. Inaccurate in both lot size, room count, flooring material and outbuildings, deck material etc.... he charged 300 to redo his first wrong report and was still wrong. We chose to move to another mortgage company and found them to be 500 cheaper and because they did their job right and they appraised at the correct amount which was 30k higher than his. Wish I had a review before I agreed to him.
